Electra Waggoner Biggs (November 8, 1912 – April 23, 2001) was an American socialite and sculptor from Texas. ==Biography== Electra Waggoner Biggs was born on November 8, 1912. She was named after her late aunt, Electra Waggoner.〔 Her father, E. Paul Waggoner, was an heir to the Waggoner Ranch in Texas.〔Gary Cartwright, (Showdown at Waggoner Ranch ), ''Texas Monthly'', January 2004〕 Her mother was Helen Waggoner, a socialite.〔 She became a renowned sculptor.〔 Her works include a statue, Riding Into the Sunset, of actor Will Rogers on his horse Soapsuds.〔(Waggoners History )〕 A large collection of her works can be found at the Red River Valley Museum in Vernon, Texas.〔(Red River Valley Museum: Electra Waggoner Biggs )〕 She died on April 23, 2001.
